Electra-Flo
II is the most recent electrically heated hose design innovation
at Diebolt & Company. Since 1991, Diebolt & Company
has been custom designing and manufacturing flexible electrically heated
and freeze protection hose for specific applications. Our new process utilizes a state
of the art proprietary heating element, high performance insulation
and the industries highest quality pressure tested heated hose
core. Our technical/customer service staff is very experienced
in a multitude of technical applications as well as many, proven,
simple designs. We pride ourselves on our personal service,
timely delivery and performance of our hoses.
Our
knowledge base of suppliers, products and components is as expansive
as our worldwide customer base. We built and own an architecturally
award winning manufacturing and office facility specifically
designed to efficiently produce our various specialty hose products, including our most recent design for process temperatures, the electrically heated hose with freeze protection.
